Our plastic injection factory has over 25 years mold manufacturing and injection molding experiences. We provide total service of plastics injection molding such as mold design(2D&3D), CAM, runner analysis, CNC processing, EDN processing, bench work assembly, and components measurement by precision equipment.
Since we have been working over two decades, we have constantly improved and refined our abilities. New techniques are applied to products. Strictly Instrument testing and quality control that can meet our customer’s demand on time.
For now, we have 16 single shot machines from 80 and up to 320 tons and 9 double shot machines from150 and up to 250 tons. So there are 25 production lines totally.
