A superconducting hot plate, so called vapor chamber, its function and working principle consistent with heat pipes for its cavity enclosed in a plate of the hydraulic fluid evaporation and condensation cycling upon operation, so that a fast and uniform temperature characteristics, which have rapid thermal conduction and thermal spreading function.
In the thermal management application, you can dissipate high heat flux rapidly converted to low heat flux surface and eliminate the hot spot by spreading effect; another, with its relatively large heat pipe cavity space and contain more working fluid, therefore the maximum heat capacity of vapor chamber is much higher than conventional heat pipe. It can be used for high end server, graphic card, and telecom solution which is low profile and capable for a high power consumption device.
